Houseful (originally OJO Labs), a Canada-based home buying platform, has launched a new mobile app and needs a digital marketing strategy to drive downloads, engagement, and retention. While the company has an established web presence, transitioning to mobile requires a targeted approach to app discoverability, user acquisition, and long-term brand growth in a competitive market.

Working collaboratively with my team, I have conducted a competitor analysis to benchmark Houseful’s app against industry leaders and identify opportunities for differentiation. Based on these insights, we are developing an App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy to enhance discoverability and drive downloads. To support the ASO strategy, we are crafting a comprehensive digital marketing plan that leverages paid advertising, content marketing, and social media engagement to attract users and establish a strong mobile presence.

Our work will provide Houseful with a strategic mobile success, ensuring a smooth transition from web to app while maximizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention. By implementing ASO and digital marketing tactics, we aim to position Houseful’s mobile app as a leading home buying solution in the Canadian market.
